We are so excited to share this delicious ceremonial grade organic matcha from Japan with you! Our matcha is a blend of the Yabukita and Okumidori cultivars that is shade grown for the last 3-4 weeks before being hand picked. It is then granite stone ground. The result is a vibrant green, super smooth and slightly sweet cup. Try it hot or iced, with milk or with water. There are so many yummy ways to drink matcha! Our matcha is packed in resealable bags for ultimate freshness. It is sensitive to heat and light, so keep it sealed tight when not using. Consume within 3-4 months of opening the bag for the best flavor.
To enjoy: Mix 1tsp matcha powder with 2oz room temperature water. Mix very well (using a whisk or shaking it in a jar with a lid). Then add 6oz of either: hot water (approximately 170’F), hot milk, cold water, or cold milk. Enjoy!
