Iced Chocolate Matcha
- 1tsp Matcha
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 2tsp chocolate syrup OR cocoa powder (if using cocoa powder add 2-3tsp maple syrup for desired sweetness)
- Whisk matcha in 2oz cold water, until all matcha has been dissolved, no lumps remain, and a smooth foam has formed on top. Then top with 1/4 cup cold water.
- Add chocolate syrup (or cocoa powder and maple syrup) to milk. Froth with electric whisk.
- Pour matcha over ice. Top with frothed milk & enjoy!
